I highly recommend Advanced Tree Care. The staff was very responsive from setting up the appointment for an estimate, to communicating a start date and doing the work. In fact they were to do my tree removal and trimming much earlier than scheduled. They provided lots of useful information at every turn and were able to take down a tree that was not in an easy place to reach. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
Jean and her team did an amazing job from coming out to do the estimate, to tree removal and stump grinding. Would recommend them 10/10!!

Highly recommend Advanced Tree Service. We had them take 2 trees down- highly responsive from estimate through quote through followup. They gave us plenty of advance notice and the team showed up on time, took down the trees in several hours and cleaned up thoroughly- as other have said you wouldn't know they were here except for the missing trees!

What else can be said about Advanced Tree Care that hasn't been already said. I had five trees that needed to be removed, and two huge pines that needed a lot of TLC. They showed up ready to work, knocked everything out, and had the area spotlessly cleaned up after a few hours. You couldn't ask for a better service. I was blown away at how smoothly and efficiently they operate. They are one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with, and will most definitely use them again in the future. If you are looking for a tree company, look no further and give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
Prompt and professional, they they gave me an estimate, showed up when they said they would and did exactly what was outlined. Showed up with a sizeable team of people and a lot of high end equipment. Left my house and property looking like they were never here (except for the trees they took down of course). Highly recommended.
Advance tree care it was prompt on time, professional at all times. They showed up went right to work. Finish the job cleaned everything up as if they had never been there. I have more trees and I will make sure that Advanced Tree Care will get the job done when the time comes

Just had Jean, Rob and their team come out to remove a few dead trees in my backyard. One tree fell from my neighbor's yard into mine making the job a little more difficult considering how the tree was resting against another. It was really cool to see the science behind something like that while keeping everyone safe and no damage to my fencing. Advanced Tree Care did an amazing job today as they moved my trampoline and other play equipment without me asking and left the yard in better shape than it was before they arrived. Great price as well and always very friendly and easy to talk to.
Always support local businesses like Advanced Tree Care as they will give you that extra level of customer service the bigger companies may not always.

Great experience with Advanced Tree Care! From Jean in the office to the crew that came out to do the work. Everyone was nice and professional. Not a twig was left behind after the guys cleaned up. Will definitely use again in the future!

I requested and received 4 proposals for the removal of 4 ash trees. I chose Advanced Tree Care because they were very professional and seemed to have the experience to handle the job. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. Schedule took longer than I expected, but I understand the issues.
They arrived as scheduled and took down the first tree without issue. However, it appeared that the job was going to take longer than they planned and, in my opinion, decided to speed up the removal. Instead of controlling the lowering of branches and trunks of the remaining three trees, they just let them fall, which damaged seven smaller trees that were not to be removed. I requested that they take two of the totally destroyed trees down, which they did. I now have five additional trees that are badly damage (two are ash and would need to be taken down) and I’m not sure they will survive and if not, I will need to retain someone to take them down and dispose of them! I did not request that the trunks be cut as close to the ground as possible, but I now have three-foot stumps, which are unsightly, and will most likely need the hire someone to remove.
My back yard now looks like a bomb went off and will take years to recover.

I met with Rob from Advanced Tree Care LLC regarding my tree removal. He responded to my issues and concerns and we came to a very satisfactory understanding. I still have about 4 trees that need to be taken down and will use Advanced Tree Care in the future.

I contacted Advanced Tree Service to have a number of shrubs removed. Jean scheduled the utility mark outs and kept us updated as to when the removal work would be done. Rob arrived with his crew on time and did a great job with the removal as well as leaving the removal area in good condition for future shrub replacement. I would highly recommend this tree service.

Rob and his crew removed mature oaks and a poplar for us. They were totally, professional, competent, respectful, efficient and impressive. We highly recommend them.
